Please check before ordering, we are not responsible if the Korean version is different from your country version.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS & WRONG PRODUCT
If you received a wrong product or if the product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice[at]koreahallyu.asia.
We are so sorry you’re experiencing issues with our product! We know we both want to get you up and running as soon as possible, so in order to start the return process we would really like to help you by asking you to send us these elements:
– Name on the order and order number
– Two images of the smartphone case (front and back)
– Two images of the package (front and back)
– One image of the phone in the case
– A brief explanation of the issue
* Please be advised that if one of the requested element is missing it will not be possible for us to process your request.
After examining the pictures you sent us, we will determinate if the product is faulty or not. If the product is faulty or if you received the wrong product, we will proceed to the next step:

When you return to us a product, you are responsible for any shipping fee, and we recommend that returned products are sent via an insured, traceable delivery service.
After receiving the product, we will contact you and offer 2 options:
– Option 1: product replacement (we will send you another product).
– Option 2: coupon code (we will send you a coupon code of the product value)
